This Privacy Policy applies to the website quellora.vip (the “Service”), operated by VitalPulse (“we”, “us”). It explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information about you when you access or use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use and sharing of your information as described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
a. Personal information
You are not required to register an account, log in, or provide any personal information to browse the Service. If you contact us through our contact form, by email, or subscribe to communications, you may voluntarily provide your name and email address.
b. Usage and technical information
We and our hosting provider automatically collect certain technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. This information is collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.
c. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, web beacons and similar tracking technologies, which fall into three categories:
- Essential cookies — required for core functionality and security of the Service;
- Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with the Service and to improve content and experience;
- Preference cookies — used to remember choices you make (such as language preferences).
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service and its editorial content;
- Operate, monitor and secure the Service, including preventing fraud, abuse and technical issues;
- Respond to your inquiries, corrections and messages, and send you notices you request;
- Analyze usage patterns and trends to improve the Service;
- Personalize your experience of the Service;
- Comply with our legal obligations;
- Display interest-based advertising, with opt-out options described in Section 8.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
3. How we share and disclose your information
- a. Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — hosting, analytics platforms, content delivery networks (CDNs) and email distribution. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may use it only to perform services for us.
- b. Legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of VitalPulse, our users or others.
- c. Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to this policy.
- d. With your consent. We may share information with third parties when you give us explicit consent to do so.
4. Data processing details
Legal bases
- Consent — where you have given clear or implied consent (for example, when you provide your email address through the contact form). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — processing necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service (for example, server logs used for security monitoring and fraud prevention).
- Legal obligations — processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations (for example, retaining logs where required).
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Usage and technical data is generally retained for up to 90 days; contact form and email submissions may be retained for up to 24 months.
International data transfer
Your information is processed on servers operated by our hosting providers, which may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to, and processing in, these jurisdictions.
5. Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including TLS/SSL encryption of data in transit, access controls and periodic security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-party services
The Service may load web fonts, images or analytics scripts from third-party providers (including, without limitation, Google Fonts, Google Analytics and CDNs). These third parties may independently collect technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. We do not control their collection practices; we encourage you to read their respective privacy policies.
7. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Right of access — to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate information;
- Right to erasure — to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements;
- Right to restrict processing — to limit how we use your information;
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing;
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any right, contact [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
8. Personalized advertising and opt-out
We and third-party partners — including Google — may use cookies to serve personalized advertising based on your interests, browsing behavior and device information. You can opt out of personalized advertising here:
- Google My Ad Center;
- Google ads settings;
- How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.
Additional opt-out channels:
Opting out of personalized advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads — only that they will be less relevant to you.
9. Applicable privacy laws
- GDPR (European Union). Residents of the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have the rights listed in Section 7. VitalPulse is the data controller. Processing is based on consent, legitimate interests and legal obligations. We do not transfer personal data out of the EEA without appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
- LGPD (Brazil). We honor rights consistent with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018). VitalPulse acts as the controller (controlador). Requests should be submitted to [email protected] and will be answered within the timeframe set by the ANPD.
- CCPA (California). California residents have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
- COPPA (United States). The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them without verifiable parental consent.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it as required by law.
11. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or data handling. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
12. No sale of personal data
We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information collected through the Service for monetary or other valuable consideration. We share information with service providers only as described in Section 3, and only for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Service.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
