Four weeks to understand your routine.
A self-paced sequence for adults with limited time. Start any week; return to a task when your circumstances change.
Four weeks describe the order of reflection, not a deadline to become fitter. No step requires you to increase activity, continue through symptoms or reach a clinical target. You can repeat a step or stop. Existing health restrictions and suitable professional advice take priority.
Week 1: Find the time that really exists
Observe an ordinary week before drawing an ideal one.
Your task: Record two ordinary days and identify one genuinely usable opening.
Week 2: Make a plan and a fallback
Turn an observed opening into a repeatable appointment.
Your task: Write a normal version and a shorter fallback for one existing plan.
Week 3: Handle an interrupted week
Use the barrier as information, without repaying missed work.
Your task: Identify one disruption and decide what should happen next time.
Week 4: Keep what works and choose what comes next
Build the next week from evidence in your own calendar.
Your task: Choose one arrangement to retain and one practical adjustment.
